What size units do you offer?

We offer a 5 x 10, 10 x 10, and 10 x 20 option.

Are your units climate controlled?

We do not offer a climate controlled option, but our buildings are wood construction, and do not heat up like some metal buildings.

When are payments due?

Payments are due on or before the 7th of every month.

Will I be provided a lock?

You will need to provide your own lock for your unit, or you may purchase a sealed, new lock for $8.

Where are you located?

We are in the city of Philippi, WV, at the intersection of Beech Avenue and 4th Street, near the ballpark. Drive down Maple Ave. and turn right on 4th Street and you will see our four storage buildings).

Do you charge a deposit?

Yes, we do. Your deposit of one month’s rent is fully refundable if your unit has not been damaged, and you’ve given proper notice, and is clean upon your departure.

How can I make a payment?

Payments can be made easily on our website, or via check, cash, or money order delivered to the dropbox at 133 Gall St. or mailed to the same address.
