Since the early 1990s, Turtle Town Storage has been a staple of Philippi. Our family business started when James Stemple, my father, and one-time mayor of Philippi came up with the idea that our community needed a safe place to store their goods. North Philippi was once nicknamed “Turtle Town”; thus, our storage facility was created.
